Decades, Not Days

Hell Week is behind you, Class Five.
You laid the foundation. Now we build on it.

This is your home for the next eight weeks: every course, every assignment, every resource. Eight weeks. One wall. And on the other side of it: The Arena.

Your Journey

Eight weeks.
Laid one at a time.

In masonry, a course is one horizontal row of bricks — each week lays one. Week One has been laid and Week Two is open. A new week opens every Wednesday at 1:00 PM ET, right after the teaching call.

Before You Begin

How we show up.

These four norms are the standard that's made every class before yours different from every other LinkedIn program out there.

01

Don't spectate. Participate.

Watching from the sidelines isn't an option here. The ROI of this program is directly tied to how fully you show up: in the calls, in Slack, in your homework.

02

Camera on.

We are a camera-on community. When you show your face, you show up. This is a room of builders. Be present in it.

03

Come to the calls live.

Replays exist as a backup, not a plan. The live room is where the energy, the feedback, and the accountability actually happen.

04

Week 1 office hours: observe.

Your first Thursday office hours is a listen-only session. Come, take notes, see how the room works. Starting Week 2, the floor is yours.

Your Weekly Schedule

Wednesdays

Teaching Call

Your primary session each week. New frameworks, live examples, Q&A. This is where the curriculum lives.

Thursdays

Office Hours

Bring your posts, your questions, your wins. Get real-time feedback from the coaches and the community.

Friday, Week 1

Tech Walkthrough

One-time session covering Slack, platform access, and where everything lives. Strongly recommended, and recorded if you can't make it.

This Is What It's All Been Building Toward

The Arena is where graduates keep building.

This is the whole point. Brick by Brick was never the destination — it's the on-ramp. Eight weeks of laying bricks, testing ideas, showing up in the room. Every brick you've placed was leading here.

The Arena is where you take everything you've learned, tested, and applied over these eight weeks — and you deploy it for a year of consistent building. Monthly challenges. Real coaching. A room of builders who are actually winning. Led by Coach Rachel, and built for the ones who aren't done yet.

It's invite-only, and invites are earned — not just by finishing, but by how you showed up. Keep that in the back of your mind as you lay each course. That's where this leads.

Office Hours

Submit your office hours question here.

The quality of the answers you get is set by the quality of the questions you ask. A great question isn't long — it comes with three things: what you're building, what you already tried, and the decision the answer will unlock. If you haven't tested anything yet, run one small test first — then ask. That's how we keep every answer worth the whole room's time.

The People In Your Corner

Hey, so listen, I know you are listening to this message for one or two reasons.

Number one, maybe this week is starting to feel a bit overwhelming. Maybe it feels like you're learning a lot. You're ingesting a lot. There are a whole bunch of new things, new principles, new frameworks. And maybe something just about this week feels like it's a lot to carry. That is completely normal.

Or maybe this week didn't get off to the greatest start as the other weeks have. Maybe life lifed. Maybe work got busy. Maybe the business started pulling on you or calling you in ways that you didn't have to in other weeks. And it feels like you are a little bit behind.

I'm recording this message because all of those things are normal, and they come up and they happen. But remember, we have very high levels of expectation here, but we have higher levels of support.

Number one, I want you to hear me when I say that you do not have to worry about catching up. We don't believe in catch-up culture here in Brick by Brick. We want you to hop right back in.

So whatever week we are on, whatever assignment is due, whatever homework, whatever post needs to be posted, whatever replay you need to go back and watch if you miss the call, that is where I want you to focus.

Also, action I need you to take. I want you to message me right now in your private channel and say, "Hey, Coach BP, I am feeling stuck. I need help to get caught up before I fall behind."

Take accountability right now in this moment. That is the only thing that is going to break you out of the cycle and keep you from getting stuck. And I promise you, I have a solution for you, okay? So hit me up. Do not hesitate.

Also remember that you are learning. You are growing. You are not supposed to be an expert. You are not supposed to know all things. You are not supposed to have it all together. We are here doing this together, and we got you, okay?

So if you feel like you're behind, hit me up. And I promise you, I will give you the steps that you need to get back into the flow. Because again, we have super high levels of expectation, but our support is even higher. And we don't need you to catch up. We just need you to get back into the flow.

So what do I expect you to do right now? Send me that message. Tag me. Hit me up in your private channel. And let me know that you need my help because I'm here to help you.
